工作職責:
1. shipment criteria set up
2.drive defect improvement
3.ma & engineer training
4.co-work with other team for lot shipment
5.hold lot handling
6.face customer when necessary
7.lead project
任職資格:
1. ≥ 8 years semiconductor qa experience with minimum 2 years oqa experience
2. it is plus if have related experience in metrology / calibration
3. good communication skill in both english and chinese
4. able to lead & drive project
5. can do cross function backup (external audit/excursion review, quality system cip, quality meeting, quality training - msa, ipd etc.)
