職位描述：
根據業務需要和市場動態，協助部門領導搭建符合業務需求的富登大數據 build fcs ‘big data’ to support business development.
設計并開發公司儀表盤 design and develop fcs internal dashboard
根據各部門需求開發常規報表 provide regular reports fcs departments
報表自動化 automate regular reports
通過系統的數據分析，協助公司決策，驅動公司業務。 use analytical procedures to identifying drivers of growth, profitability and loss, and to highlight business issues / opportunities.
根據公司運營需要，建立和檢測kpis. establish and monitor performance kpis per the needs of operations.
建立數據管理的制度 design fcs data governance policy
建立日常數據審核和監控的操作指引，確保數據的一致性和正確性 refine daily data maintenance and monitoring process, to ensure data integrity and accuracy
教育背景: 計算機相關專業本科學歷及以上
經驗及技能
具備優秀的數據分析與溝通能力，和良好的團隊合作精神
5年以上金融服務行業的數據系統管理經驗及相關業務和產品知識
開發和完善數據庫及數據庫管理標準流程及業務實踐的能力
