Responsibilities:
As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will take overall responsibility for daily operation support, work closely with internal Technology team and its external (outsourcing) partners:
? Maintain and monitor all EUC (End User Computing) systems in day-to-day to meet MMG's current and future requirements.
? Responsible for management, maintenance of enterprise workstation environment, including PC model selection, SOE, VDI environment, GPO, CA
? Responsible for management, maintenance of enterprise File service and Printing service.
? Responsible for management, maintenance of MDM and MAM solution.
? Support the day to day operation of ITIL (Incident, Change, Problem, Configuration, Service Request, etc) and SIAM processes (cross-functional, cross-process and cross-partner integration) required for seamless delivery of end-to-end services that support the needs of regions and align with enterprise objectives
? Perform and/or support a variety of activities associated with Service
