Key accountabilities and responsibilities
1.Ensure the customer SOP are strictly complied with and KPI performance is met in cost effective manner.
2.Support daily semiconductor shipment import operation include pre-alert handling, daily monitoring, system update, etc. Actively maintain good communication with internal overseas/client owner and other stakeholders
3.Coordinate with customer and internal parties for payment issues;
4.Coordinate with other offices and make sure to all billings are issued timely;
5.Ensure AR/AP is followed timely and finance policy is strictly followed up.
Required experience
