Key Responsibilities: ? Manage the BMS VE/CE Team in India as part of the VE/CE COE. ? Developing ideas to meet the yearly targets and generating sustainable VE/CE pipeline for the coming years ? Deliver the yearly targets for Value Engineering and Component Engineering for BMS ? Design and maintain common best practices and capable tools for the entire team ? Asses and benchmark current state end to end processes through value stream mapping and identify and opportunities to gain efficiencies upon, through automation, digitization, simulation, or process re-engineering and/or optimization throughout design to delivery processes. ? Establish and maintain business relationships with different stakeholders ?
