Job responsibilities 工作職責
? Overall control and management of real estate operations.
全面把控和管理公司澳洲房地產業務的銷售運營工作；
? Establish and optimize the operational processes and procedures.
建立和優化操作標準化流程和工作程序；
? With the goal of improving sales performance，docking operations function with sales team, after-sales services, marketing and other correlating functions.
以提升銷售業績為目標，將運營職能與銷售團隊、售后服務、市場營銷等相關職能對接；
? Design and implement KPl and supervise team performance.
設計和實施KPl并監督團隊績效；
? Optimize internal team management and improve team efficiency.
優化內部團隊管理，提高團隊效率；
? Assist to expend the business, drive the progress of each project.
協助拓展業務，推動每個項目的進展；
? Coordinate the connection between the real estate sales company and other business lines within the group, promote cross-business sales performance.
協調公司房地產業務與集團內其他業務線之間的聯系，促進跨業務銷售業績；
? Perform timely reporting to the senior management.
及時向高層管理匯報工作。
Requirement 崗位要求
? 3 years’ experience in operation manager role or a similar role; working experience in real estate or overseas would be a plus.
3年以上運營經理或類似職位工作經驗，地產行業背景或海外工作背景優先；
? Excellent communication skills and strong people management skills.
優秀的溝通能力和人員管理能力；
? Excellent organizational and time management skills
