工作職責Responsibility

1. 負責量產車型擰緊工藝參數的調整、維護及變更管理

Be responsible for the adjustment, maintenance and change management of the

tightening process parameters of mass-produced vehicles

2. 負責擰緊工具的管理，報告整理及維修后設備校準驗證

Be responsible for the management of tightening tools, report sorting and

equipment calibration verification after maintenance

3. 負責裝配現場質量監督管理，質量問題響應、分析、解決、促進

Be responsible for the quality supervision and management of the assembly

site, and the response, analysis, solution and promotion of quality problems

4. 負責質保部相關預算及工具輔材采購、跟蹤、驗收

Be responsible for the relevant budget of the quality assurance department and the purchase, tracking and acceptance of tools and auxiliary materials

5. 負責質量技術文件的編制、更新、下發

Be responsible for the preparation, update and distribution of quality and technical documents

6. 生產數據統計、分析

7. 負責裝配新項目管理及新項目裝配擰緊調試

8. 完成部門在交付、質量、成本等方面的 KPI

10. 負責監控產品實物及過程質量

1．學歷：本科及以上學歷

Education：Bachelor degree or above

2．專業：機械制造或其他相關專業

Major：Mechanical manufacturing or other related major

3．語言：良好的英語或者德語口語及書面表達

4. 工作經驗：

了解擰緊工藝及參數優化

Learn about tightening processes and parameter optimization

了解整車底盤裝配工藝及底盤相關問題處理

Understand the vehicle chassis assembly process and chassis related problem handling

了解壓裝工藝及應急問題處理

Understand the pressing process and emergency problem handling
