61 Design and engineer scalable, reusable, and secure Azure components such as Policies, Automations, Connectivity, and Self-serve templates and portals in support of ExxonMobil’s Azure platform in China
61 Own, manage, and follow owner responsibilities for ~30 subscriptions in support of the Azure platform
61 Own, manage, and design a Shared Services IaaS subscription for use by customers with no Azure experience
61 Provide operational support for network security
61 Evaluate, secure, and introduce new Azure services ensuring policy compliance
61 Coordinate with Azure Global product teams for new features in Azure China and platform roadmap
61 Partner with 21Vianet and Microsoft China for issue resolution and operational requests
61 Establish a community of practice for policy rollouts and service updates
61 Support customer cloud adoption and application modernization efforts
61 Provide architectural guidance for customers for Azure China and Alibaba platforms
61 Provide direct oversight and prioritization for the MSP operating the China Azure environment
61 Coordinate with MSP on prioritization and work implementation to:
61 Enable cloud technologies and capabilities via IaC templates and patterns
61 Support pipelines, repos, Terraform/ARM, SMaC, backup, logging and monitoring
61 Automate and optimize the Azure platform
61 Create, test, and manage security policies for guardrails and controls on IaaS and PaaS resources
61 Automate and optimize connectivity to, from, and in Azure China
61 Develop and maintain the China Self Service Portal
61 Manage centralized customer workloads
61 Operational support
61 Accelerate and educate customers on cloud adoption and application modernization
61 Deliver scalable, reusable, and secure architectures
61 Provide cost visibility, optimization opportunities, and metrics to drive accountability
61 Provide non-compliance visibility, monitoring, and remediation

61 Coding skills (terraform, PowerShell, Java, ARM/BICEP/JSON, infrastructure as Code
61 Azure platform administration skills (Azure Management Groups, Subscriptions, Resource Groups and common IaaS/PaaS Resources)
