Job Responsibilities In accordance with the overall mall planning, coordinate large-scale themed events and related promotional campaigns, including visual merchandising revisions, proposal submission, design review, on-site installation, event execution, tenant coordination, and integration of resources. Responsible for brand planning and event planning for the mall; prepare event proposals and develop creative concepts based on strategic direction and customer profile analysis. Based on the needs of departments, provide guidance and support for the marketing and promotional planning of key brand projects, ensuring integration with campaigns. Manage leasing of mall resources for external exhibitions and achieve other income targets. Proactively develop promotional channels and event resources, and complete other tasks assigned by supervisor. Assist in overseeing digital initiatives, including social media platform management, external media relations, crisis communications, and O2O traffic generation. Handle government liaison and complete all required administrative approvals and permit applications for events. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above. At least 10 years of relevant work experience in large-scale shopping mall. Strong market awareness with solid design sensibility and strategic understanding; excellent abilities in planning, creative thinking, and copywriting. Proficient English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
