General Description
Serve as part of the operation team of the location supporting the Customs Affair Supervisor to operate the Customs Affair daily operation, in meeting customer expectation and performance service standards (KPI) through sound management of daily Customs declaration operation and Customs affair related issue.

Specific Accountabilities
1. Routine business of inbound, outbound, import and export.
2. Proficiency in HS code categorization, import and export tax rate accounting.
3. Familiar with import and export customs practice, customs declaration and inspection process; import and export policy.
4. Communication with brokers, forwarder and import agent.
5. Monthly billings check and monthly report to supervisor.
6. Cross function communication in both operations internal and external.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor

Skills Required
1. Good English reading and writing skills
2. Proficient in Office software

Experience and Qualifications
1. College degree or above
2. At least 3 year related experience

Core Competences
1. Data analysis ability
2. Communication skills

Working Relationships
1. Internal: warehouse departments
2. External: customers and customs
