工作職責(zé)
-負(fù)責(zé)全球商標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(Fovea IP)的市場(chǎng)推廣與客戶(hù)開(kāi)發(fā)工作,挖掘潛在客戶(hù)資源,拓展國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)代理機(jī)構(gòu)等目標(biāo)客戶(hù)群體,完成既定銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo);
-深度了解客戶(hù)業(yè)務(wù)需求與痛點(diǎn),結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)功能及知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)服務(wù)優(yōu)勢(shì),為客戶(hù)提供針對(duì)性的產(chǎn)品解決方案,推動(dòng)客戶(hù)簽約合作;
-負(fù)責(zé)客戶(hù)全生命周期的銷(xiāo)售跟進(jìn),包括商務(wù)洽談、合同簽訂、款項(xiàng)回收等工作,確保銷(xiāo)售流程順利推進(jìn);
-維護(hù)良好的客戶(hù)關(guān)系,定期與合作客戶(hù)進(jìn)行溝通回訪,主動(dòng)挖掘客戶(hù)的復(fù)購(gòu)需求與轉(zhuǎn)介紹機(jī)會(huì),提升客戶(hù)忠誠(chéng)度與續(xù)約率;
-配合團(tuán)隊(duì)完成市場(chǎng)活動(dòng)策劃與執(zhí)行,如行業(yè)展會(huì)、線(xiàn)上線(xiàn)下產(chǎn)品推介會(huì)、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)主題研討會(huì)等,提升產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)知名度與影響力;
-根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需求,參與國(guó)內(nèi)主要城市的出差任務(wù),開(kāi)展客戶(hù)拜訪、商務(wù)洽談與市場(chǎng)調(diào)研工作。

任職要求
-專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)扎實(shí):本科以上學(xué)歷,具備知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、工商管理等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)背景優(yōu)先;熟悉商標(biāo)、專(zhuān)利等知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)基礎(chǔ)業(yè)務(wù)知識(shí),了解國(guó)內(nèi)商標(biāo)服務(wù)行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)者優(yōu)先;
-銷(xiāo)售能力突出:具備敏銳的市場(chǎng)洞察力與客戶(hù)挖掘能力,擁有良好的溝通表達(dá)、商務(wù)談判能力,能夠獨(dú)立完成客戶(hù)開(kāi)發(fā)與銷(xiāo)售全流程工作;
-服務(wù)意識(shí)良好:善于傾聽(tīng)客戶(hù)需求,具備較強(qiáng)的客戶(hù)關(guān)系維護(hù)能力,能夠及時(shí)響應(yīng)客戶(hù)反饋,解決合作過(guò)程中的各類(lèi)問(wèn)題;
-適應(yīng)出差需求:可接受?chē)?guó)內(nèi)主要城市短期出差,配合團(tuán)隊(duì)完成客戶(hù)拓展與市場(chǎng)開(kāi)拓工作;
-辦公技能熟練:精通 Office 辦公軟件(Word、Excel、PPT),能夠高效完成銷(xiāo)售方案撰寫(xiě)、客戶(hù)資料整理、銷(xiāo)售數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析工作;
-有知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)行業(yè)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)產(chǎn)品銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;具備良好的溝通表達(dá)能力者優(yōu)先考慮。

Account Manager / Sales Specialist
Job Responsibilities
-Be responsible for the marketing promotion and customer development of the global trademark database(Fovea IP), tap into potential customer resources, expand target customer groups including domestic enterprises and intellectual property (IP) agencies, and achieve established sales targets.
-Deeply understand customers’ business needs and pain points, and provide targeted product solutions by combining the database’s functions and IP service advantages to promote customer signing and cooperation.
-Undertake end-to-end sales follow-up throughout the customer lifecycle, including business negotiations, contract signing, and payment collection, ensuring the smooth progress of the sales process.
-Maintain sound customer relationships, conduct regular communication and follow-up visits with cooperative customers, proactively explore customers’ repurchase needs and referral opportunities, and improve customer loyalty and renewal rates.
-Collaborate with the team to plan and execute marketing activities, such as industry exhibitions, online and offline product promotion meetings, and IP-themed seminars, to enhance the product’s market visibility and influence.
-Participate in short-term business trips to major domestic cities as per business requirements, conducting customer visits, business negotiations, and market research.

Job Requirements
-Solid professional knowledge: Bachelor’s degree or above; priority given to candidates with relevant academic backgrounds in IP, marketing, business administration, etc.; familiarity with basic IP business knowledge such as trademarks and patents, and understanding of the development trends of the domestic trademark service industry are preferred.
-Outstanding sales capabilities: Possess keen market insight and customer development skills, excellent communication and business negotiation abilities, and the ability to independently complete the entire process of customer development and sales.
-Strong service awareness: Be good at listening to customer needs, have strong customer relationship management capabilities, and be able to respond promptly to customer feedback and resolve various issues during cooperation.
-Willingness to travel: Accept short-term business trips to major domestic cities and cooperate with the team to complete customer expansion and market development.
-Proficiency in office skills: Master Office software (Word, Excel, PPT), and efficiently complete the writing of sales plans, sorting of customer data, and statistical analysis of sales data.
-Priority is given to candidates with sales experience in the IP industry or database products; excellent communication skills are a plus.
