Responsibilities: This Role will assist Retail HR on BA Management including:
1. Support BA HC and Productivity tracking and analysis, including routine reports preparation
2. Assist BA IPC monitoring and analyzing, support Retail HR on IPC stimulation
3. Payroll Related Dashboard preparation including spending efficiency
4. Other Ad Hoc project
服務(wù)技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:
Around 3-5 years experience on HR (Payroll, Total Rewards and HR Data is preferred)
Excellence Excel Skills and is with the experience on processing massive data
Good sense of data analyzing
Well Organized
