Responsibilities:
· Maintain and monitor all network, server and computer systems to meet MMG's current and future requirements.
· Work with line manager, cross function IT team members and IT partners to design, optimize and deliver infrastructure solutions.
· Responsible for management, maintenance and architecture of storage, virtualised environment, servers, network devices, and productivity tools.
· Monitor systems and identify performance issues, work within strict time frames and elevate incidents within defined timeframes.
· Monitors service delivery compliance to agreed SLA between MMG and service providers
· Work with various vendors and service providers to ensure productive environment, interact and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, distributors, contract consultants and remote team members to build and maintain positive, productive team relationships
· Professionally represent the infrastructure team as a technical consultant on projects.
· Maintain a good working knowledge of current infrastructure and future trends.
· Reinforce MMG’s technology standards, process and framework in day to day operations
Work with partner to review the data recovery and backup solutions
Requirements/ Knowledge/ Experience:
· Solid technical background in a Cloud based infrastructure environment including Data Center, WAN, LAN, DMZ, IT infrastructure Hardware, software and telecommunications
· 3 years’ experience with Azure(required) cloud and other Cloud providers (nice to have) to setup application development platform and/or system infrastructure.
· Identify new tools and processes to analyse/improve the Cloud platforms by maximize utilization resources and control cost under budget.
· Experience with ITIL incident management systems (i.e. Service Now), workstation management systems and desktop imaging.
· Rich experience in Microsoft Windows system/production Administration. E.g. Active Directory and server infrastructure, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, Proxy, Exchange and SQL Server.
· Solid skills
