The Executive Assistant (EA) provides highlevel administrative and operational support to senior leadership while contributing to regulatory activities related to NMPA medical device registration. 1.Executive Support
Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and support daily executive operations.
Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and meeting documentation with accuracy and professionalism.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and expense reporting for China QRA Executive.
2.Regulatory Support (NMPA)
