About the Role
Join a forward-thinking organization at the forefront of renewable energy and power electronics! We are seeking a proactive Quality Associate to strengthen our supply chain quality management. This role serves as a critical bridge between our Shenzhen operations and Schneider Electric’s Indian subsidiary, ensuring seamless quality coordination across international partners.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison for daily business communication (emails, calls, virtual meetings) with Schneider Electric’s Indian subsidiary company regarding quality standards, shipment updates, and issue resolution.
Conduct on-site factory audits for new potential suppliers to evaluate quality systems, production capabilities, and compliance.
Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) for products from Chinese suppliers prior to shipment.
Support end-to-end new supplier development: identification, qualification, documentation, and onboarding.
Maintain detailed records of audit reports, PDI results, and supplier performance metrics.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited institution.
Age between 23 and 30 years old (as of application date).
Minimum 1 year of hands-on quality assurance experience within at least one of the following industries:
Photovoltaic (PV) / Solar
Lithium Battery
Inverter
Proven experience in supplier audits, quality inspections, or supply chain quality processes.
Highly proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong accountability, positivity, and teamwork spirit.
Ability to travel domestically for supplier audits (approx. 20% of time).
Full professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)
Strong English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
CET-4 certification, IELTS 5.5 , or equivalent is advantageous but not mandatory.
Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, IEC or other international quality standards.
Prior experience collaborating with global/multinational teams.
