職責描述
1.按客戶要求，溝通確定測試規范，包括測試條目，測試方法，達成標準。
Discuss and define test procedure including test item, test method and
pass criteria based on customer requirement.
2.與客戶和合作方一起制定，維護電子電器的測試計劃。
Define and maintain plan of EE test.
3.管理供應商的測試進程，熟悉電控測試并有能力對測試準備、測試條件和結果
進行評價。
Manage the test progress of the INV supplier. Familiar with
INV test and have the ability to assess test setup, test conditions and
test results.
4.驅動供應商按 8D 流程完成測試失效的調查，檢查 8D 報告，并和內外部客戶匯報。
Drive the investigation of test failure according to 8D process and check
the 8D report and report to customers and internal related.
5.定期向內部和客戶匯報測試進展，及時匯報測試失效，快速響應客戶訴求。
Regularly report test progress to internal and customers, timely report
test failure, and quickly respond to customer demands
6.鉆研電控測試規范，積累和總結測試經驗，改進測試方法，優化測試流程。
Study the test specifications of INV industry, accumulate and summarize
the test experience, improve the test methods and optimize the test
process.
7.協助和推動產品設計優化，提供測試角度的建議。
Assist and promote the design optimization and provide suggestions from test point of view.
8.完成上級指派的其他工作任務。
Accept other responsibilities required by supervisor.


崗位要求
1.三年以上電控相關測試經驗。具有開發經驗者優先。
More than 3 years’ experience on inverter related test. Candidates with
development experience are preferred.
2.熟悉汽車電子電氣產品測試相關的法律法規和常用的測試方法，設備。
Familiar with laws and regulations related to automotive electronic
product testing and commonly used testing methods and equipment.
3.熟悉汽車電子部件的工作原理。
Be familiar with the working principles of automotive electronic
components.
4.可以使用常用辦公軟件和測試數據分析工具（例如 CANape，CANoe，INCA 等）。
Can use common office software and test data analysis tools（e.g. CANpae,CANoe, INCA）.
5.可以使用常用的質量工具，例如 FTA, 8D。
Can use common quality tools, such as FTA, 8D.
6.具有團隊合作精神，善于表達和溝通，積極進取，敢于承擔，能在一定的壓力
下工作。
Have team spirit, be good at expression and communication, be
