YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Continuous user visits to ensure excellent product experience: · Maintain a fixed frequency of monthly visits with Bayer product users to provide users with continuous academic delivery, product application and technical support. · Daily follow-up and consolidation of the hospital's scanning scheme for drugged/installed hospitals, optimization of scan sequences, clinical scenario-based applications, etc., to ensure the recognition and satisfaction of hospitals and users with the full line of RAD products. · New listed/newly installed hospital, *** technical support, that is, the *** medication/new installation, on-site technical guidance/training for two days before and after, optimized scanning, department technical communication, to ensure that users have an excellent ***-time experience.
2. Effectively transmit academic and new technology information, and establish Bayer's professional and academic brand image in the field of imaging diagnosis: · Promote the implementation of internal cross-regional workshops, and integrate the learning, innovation and training of CME, Device and Digital products in advanced applications, technology improvement, AI and other related content. · Strengthen self-learning, improve professional skills, encourage multidisciplinary skills to further study, and enhance the overall professionalism of Bayer's application team, so as to effectively enhance the academic influence of the Bayer brand in the region.
3. Insight into the user's imaging application needs, assist in the application and transformation of Bayer product-related topics, and become a reliable domain expert in the user's mind: · Give full play to the professional advantages of the application team, support regional RAD product-related demonstration centers, technology, and skill competitions, and assist the successful development of regional activities. · Provide professional technical support for the high-end application of Bayer's integrated solution, using the advanced post-processing of images produced by Bayer products to effectively highlight the advantages of the product; Assist in the initiation of single-center or multi-center research related to RAD products, and provide opinions and suggestions on Bayer product field related solutions.
4. Effectively promote Bayer's digital transformation and the implementation of total solutions: · The application advantages of Device and Digital series of new products are explored, and information transferred,helping users to understand the product characteristics and advantages more effectively in each link of Bayer's overall solution, and responsible for the use training of new
users.· Expert support for high-end applications of Bayer'sintegrated solutions; Ensure the smoothness of the overall solutionprocess, improve the user experience, and assist in the establishment
and maintenance of the best overall solution demonstration center.
5.Strictly abide by the company's compliance requirements in allaspects, no compliance incidents.· Actively participate incompliance training and make compliance guidelines the priority.
WHOYOU ARE
At least bachelor’s degree in Radiology, Statistics, ArtificialIntelligence, Medical Engineering.
3–5 years of relevant workexperience, familiar with Radiology modality, experienced inprofessional support in this RAD related area.
Language: Englishcommunication is needed.
