61Content creation: Create engaging and high-quality content and video content for social platforms (mainly focus on WeChat channels, other social media platform experiences like Red, Bilibili, Douyin are welcomed), to drive engagement and trigger followers interests which helps to accelerate in nurturing leads.
61 End-to-end project management: Handle the entire content creation process from planning, getting brief, scripting, and reviewing to editing and publication.
61 Maintain digital platforms such as Wechat content center and minisite to ensure the continuous engagement with followers, acquiring new followers as well as generating new leads, and sales leads management.
61 Media buy and data analysis: good media investment knowledge and A-Z hands-on projects, optimise strategies and improve ROI through data monitoring and analysis.
61 Trend awareness: Stay updated on social media trends of how to engage and communicate with followers effectively
61 Brand voice: Maintain consistent tone of voice across all content that matches Givaudan branding, style and messaging.
61 Others: support event and daily sales leads input from social medias
61 By ad hoc tasks per business requirement
職位要求:
61 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Overseas education background is preferred.
61 1-3 years of proven experience in content creation and social media management particularly on WeChat. Fresh graduates should have relevant project-based work experience.
61 Strong oral and writing skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to craft engaging copy.
61 Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
61 Self-motivation and collaboration: Ability to work independently while being receptive to feedback and collaborating closely with the cross-functional teams.
61 Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
61 Project management – highly planning skills and an extroverted personality are preferred.
61 Nice to have proficiency in graphic design and short video production, knowledge of using relavant tool like Jimeng, Jianying,Canva etc.
