To further advance the talent-strengthening strategy in the new era and continuously optimize the structure and development goals of the University's talent workforce, and in accordance with relevant policy documents, Anhui Agricultural University hereby issues the advance notice of its 2026 Talent (Team) Recruitment Plan as follows:

一、招聘原則RECRUITMENT PRINCIPLES

二、招聘崗位RECRUITMENT PROCEDURES

一類人才Category I Talent

中國科學院院士?中國工程院院士?哲學社會科學領域知名學術專家等?在本學科領域做出系統的?創造性的成就和貢獻,享有崇高的學術聲譽和學術影響力?

Academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences or the Chinese Academy of Engineering, as well as distinguished scholars in the fields of philosophy and social sciences. Candidates in this category should have made systematic and innovative achievements and contributions in their respective disciplines, recognized for their high academic prestige and significant academic influence.

二類人才Category II Talent

在科學研究方面取得國內外同行公認的重要成就,具有帶領本學科趕超或引領國際先進水平的能力,具有較強的團隊領導和組織協調能力,能帶領學術團隊協同攻關的領軍人才?

Leading talents who have made significant achievements in scientific research recognized by international and domestic peers, Candidates should possess the ability to lead their disciplines to catch up with or surpass international advanced standards, demonstrate strong team leadership and organizational skills, and be capable of leading academic teams in collaborative research.

三類人才Category III Talent

在科學研究方面取得突出學術成果,具有較強的團隊領導和組織協調能力,具有協助本學科趕超或保持國際先進水平的能力的青年人才?

Young talents who have achieved outstanding academic results in scientific research. Candidates should possess strong team leadership and organizational skills, and have the ability to assist their disciplines in catching up with or maintaining international advanced standards.

四類人才Category IV Talent

在國外著名高校?科研機構擔任助理教授及以上職稱;或在國內著名高校?科研機構擔任副教授及以上職稱;或具有國內外著名高校?科研機構 2 年以上工作經歷 (含博士后)?在海外知名高校取得博士學位或國內博士畢業且獲得國家基金資助者,可放寬工作年限要求?近 5 年取得的創新性學術成果一般不低于我校現行教授聘任條件,具備擔任學科方向帶頭人潛力的青年科技人才?

Young scientific and technological talents who meet one of the following criteria: hold the title of Assistant Professor or above at a renowned overseas university or research institution; hold the title of Associate Professor or above at a renowned domestic university or research institution; or have over 2 years of work experience (including postdoctoral) at a renowned domestic or international university/research institution. The work experience requirement may be waived for candidates who obtained their Ph.D. from a well-known overseas university or for domestic Ph.D. graduates who have received national research funding. Candidates should have produced innovative academic achievements in the past five years that are generally equivalent to or exceed the University's current criteria for appointment as a Full Professor, and demonstrate the potential to become a leader in their respective research fields.

五類人才Category V Talent

具有國內外著名高校?科研機構 2 年以上工作經歷 (含博士后); 或在國際著名企業擔任中級職務的專業技術人才,具有較高科研水平和較強科技創新能力;或畢業于國內外一流高校或科研院所的優秀博士?近 5 年學術成果一般不低于我校現行副教授聘任條件?

Candidates who have more than two years of work experience (including postdoctoral research) at renowned domestic or international universities or research institutions; or professionals holding mid-level technical positions at leading international enterprises, demonstrating strong research capability and technological innovation capacity; or outstanding Ph.D. graduates from top domestic or international universities or research institutes.Academic achievements in the past five years should generally meet or exceed the University's current criteria for associate professorship.

&七類人才Talent Categories VI & VII

畢業于國內外著名高校或科研院所的優秀博士;或在國際?國內著名企業擔任中級職務的專業技術人才,具有較高科研水平和較強科技創新或者產業發展能力,在所從事的學科專業取得高水平業績成果?

Outstanding Ph.D. graduates from renowned domestic or international universities/research institutes; or professional and technical talents holding mid-level positions in leading international or domestic enterprises. Candidates should possess a high level of research ability, strong technological innovation or industrial development capabilities, and have achieved high-level performance and results in their respective fields.

全職博士后Full-time Postdoctoral Researchers

依托園藝學?林業工程?生物學?作物學?畜牧學?生態學和植物保護 7 個博士后科研流動站,面向海內外誠聘全職博士后研究人員?申請者年齡一般不超過 35 周歲,需具有較強的創新活力與學術發展潛力,且學術水平符合學校博士后崗位聘任要求,聘期一般為 3 年?

We are sincerely recruiting full-time postdoctoral researchers from home and abroad, affiliated with our 7 postdoctoral research stations: Horticulture, Forestry Engineering, Biology, Crop Science, Animal Husbandry, Lcoidgy, anu T ant I rotcction. Appncants snouid gcncr-ally be under 35 years old, demonstrate strong innovation ability and academic potential, and meet the University's academic requirements for postdoctoral appointments. The typical employment term is three years.
